Privacy, in plain language.

Your documents
Your HTML, file or webpage URL is sent to our server and isolated PDF converter to fulfil your request. We do not save uploaded documents or generated PDFs to persistent storage. Processing uses memory and temporary container storage. Temporary job files are removed by the engine after processing; container restarts discard its temporary filesystem. This is not a guarantee of instantaneous secure erasure.
External assets and webpages
Converting a public URL or HTML referencing public assets contacts those websites from our server. They may observe our server’s IP address and the requested resource. Don’t submit signed URLs, credentials, or sensitive private documents. Live preview blocks external network requests and scripts.
Browser and service data
The generated PDF stays in your browser’s memory until replaced or the page is closed. We use no account cookies or document history. Rate limiting temporarily uses connection IP information in bounded memory. Infrastructure and reverse-proxy logs may contain IPs and request timing; retention is managed by the site operator. Application logging does not include document contents or submitted URLs.
Analytics cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they view, how they found the site and which conversion mode they used. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and Google receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. Your HTML, files, webpage URLs and PDFs are never sent to Google Analytics. Nothing is loaded from Google until you choose “Accept analytics”; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.
